Changes

• Share Moon Sweepers worlds and hand the host over, so the group keeps playing the same world when the original host is offline

• Worlds show up as "Slot 1" to "Slot 5", the same as the game's own menu. Worlds can't be named in game, so each one is labelled with the menu's summary line

• Restoring a shared world picks a free slot, so it never overwrites a world you already have

• Host handover keeps characters straight: whoever hosts gets their own character, and the previous host rejoins as themselves instead of as a new hire
